A realty Survey done by OLX   in Delhi NCR. Real estate developers are expect to rise property prices   in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) in the financial year 2018-19, a survey by online trading platform OLX showed on Monday. "75 per cent of the builders expect the property prices to increase in 2018-19, indicating revival of Delhi-NCR's real estate market," a statement from OLX said here quoting the survey. The survey was conducted among 200 buiders and property dealers and agents in Delhi, Gurugram , Faridabad,Noida and Ghaziabad , it said.   The   Realty Survey attributed regarding prices to expectations among builders that regulatory developments will improve transparency in the system, eventually boosting the confidence of buyers and sellers at large. GMDA going to build roads, water and sewer lines in new sectors of Gurugram

A good news and a huge relief for thousands of residents and investors  of new sectors, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has declared it will provide master services, like roads, water lines and sewage lines in these sectors. For this, it has divided the new sectors into four groups — sectors 58 to 7 1, 72 to 80, 81 to 97, 98 to 107,109 to 115 — to be serviced in phases. Of these, residents of sectors 68 to 80 will have to wait a little longer than the rest. These sectors will be the last to be taken up, due to pending issues. TOI had recently launched a campaign ‘Give Gurugram Its Due’, highlighting the problems being faced by residents living in new sectors. Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority is also planning to take up construction of the crucial 24m-roads in these sectors.
